Employees are thoroughly trained with instruction in the classroom as well as additional site specific, on the job training. Officers are well equipped and maintain constant communication with Motorola 2-way radios on a private designated FCC frequency as well as cut-ting edge guard tour monitoring technology, allowing verification of specific areas visited and tasks completed.
